What you share
When you request first access, the Gymjaan website records your name, email address, chosen collection or garment interest, and your permission to receive collection news. It also records the date of your request and the version of the consent statement you agreed to.
The form is optional. You can explore the collection without joining the list.
How it is used
Your registration is used by Gymjaan to manage interest in the debut collection and send the collection updates you requested. Joining is not a purchase, payment, product reservation or guarantee of availability.
Registrations are stored on the server hosting this website. The form does not add you to an external advertising platform. If Gymjaan enables internal email notifications, your registration may also reach the authorised team’s inbox.
Cookies & technical data
This website does not set marketing cookies or use analytics trackers. Its fonts, photographs and scripts are hosted with the website.
The form uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests; the application does not store your plain IP address with your registration. The hosting provider may separately keep routine server logs as part of operating and securing the website.
Keeping your choice
You can leave the list using the form below. This marks your registration as inactive so that it can be excluded from future collection updates. It does not erase the underlying consent record.
Registration records are retained to manage the collection list and record consent. If you receive a collection email, you can also use its unsubscribe information or reply to the sender to ask about your data.
Leave the list
For your privacy, the confirmation is the same whether or not an address is registered. Please only submit your own address.
About the collection
The website presents a collection in development. Campaign photographs, product images and garment outlines are original design visualisations. Final fabric composition, construction, colours, sizing, care information, prices and availability will be confirmed before orders open.
